Google Business Profile, previously known as Google My Business, is a must-have for all businesses. It is similar to other social media channels, except that it provides your business visibility in search results and in Google Maps. That’s right, higher visibility on the king of search engines!
Setting up a Google Business Profile is simple and allows you to control the first impression of your business. It is THE place to add essential information, keep hours updated, connect with customers, share what products and services you offer, etc.
In addition to proving key information to both current and potential clients, Google Business Profile (GBP) allows you to update customers just like any other social media channel would… except these updates appear on the right-hand side of Google Search.
